Admissions Policy

Grace University (GU) admits all qualified applicants regardless of sex, nationality, creed, disability, or ethnic origin. The university recruits and admits only those students who have the potential to complete the programs successfully. The prospective student’s motivation and interest in succeeding in his/her chosen field and the student’s academic qualification are important factors for admissions consideration.

Undergraduate Admissions

Carefully review the admissions requirements before you begin the application Process.

Step1. Complete the online application form and submit it together with the $100 (non-refundable) application fee to the Admissions Office.

Step2. Submit a copy of your high school diploma and its corresponding official high school transcript showing evidence of completion of at least a high school education or official transcript from a former college/university attended by the Admissions Office.

Please ensure that the official school e-transcript is emailed to the Admissions Office.

Step3. Admission to Grace University is based on the combination of the strength of the educational curriculum attempted and the cumulative grade point average. Prospective Students’ applications will be reviewed, and decisions made for admission on an individual basis by the Admissions Director. Applicants may be asked to provide additional evidence of academic proficiency.

Graduate Admissions

To apply for graduate studies in the Master of Management (M.M.) program at Grace University (GU), you can meet one of these criteria:

  1. Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Possess an earned master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  3. Prepare a portfolio containing:
    • Writing samples demonstrating graduate-level skills in communications and business analysis.
    • A detailed CV highlighting professional development and achievements.
    • Letters of reference attest to your ability to perform graduate-level work.
    • A letter explaining why you are a strong candidate for the program.

Step 2. Submit a copy of a bachelor’s or master’s degree diploma and its corresponding official transcript showing evidence of degree completion and portfolio documents to the Admissions Office.
The official school transcript must be sent directly by the issuing institution to the
Admissions Office.

Step 3. Admission to Grace University is based on the combination of strength of the educational curriculum undertaken and cumulative grade point average. Prospective students’ applications will be reviewed, and decisions will be made for admission individually by the admissions director. Applicants may be asked to provide additional evidence of academic proficiency.

International Student Admissions

If you are not a United States citizen, you may apply for admission to Grace University by completing the following:

Step 1: Complete the online application form and pay the $100 Application Fee and $400 Overseas Application Fee to the Admissions Office. ( To pay by wire transfer from a foreign country, please contact our Admissions Office for wire account information.)

Step 2. Submit the following documents:

  • Copy of valid passport
  • Copy of visa ((only for transfer students)
  • Copy of I-94 (only for transfer students)
  • Proof of financial support: $30,000 USD (e.g. bank statement)
  • Foreign address of prospective student
  • Proof of English Proficiency – All classes attended at Grace University are taught in English only. International students must provide their English Language Proficiency documents. An applicant must provide an official document showing a TOEFL or IELTS score. International students who have earned a secondary education diploma or degree from higher education in the U.S., where English was the major language of instruction, do not have to present a TOEFL score and may be waived from the equivalent test. Grace University DOES NOT issue Forms I-20 to students who have not met all admission standards, including those who have not met the required English proficiency for the program.

Please feel free to contact the GU Admissions Office if you need further help. Applications will be processed when all required documents are received. However, applications may not be accepted if the required documents are not provided. SEVIS I-20 will be issued after the application is reviewed, completed, and accepted. Grace University is not responsible for any SEVIS charges. Students are responsible for the SEVIS I-901 fee and visa fees.

Transferring Credits

Grace University students have transferred to other outstanding universities and colleges to further their education, including Colombia University, University of Southern California, University of California Berkeley, Pepperdine, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Transferring Undergraduate Credits to GU

Students may transfer up to 134 quarter credits earned from other colleges and universities. These credits must have been taken at the undergraduate level. Students may not transfer credits for a course with a grade below a “C.” The Vice President of Academic Affairs has the discretion to determine the quality, content, and transferability of credits from another school. Transfer credits evaluated by an independent agency and approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs become a permanent part of the student’s record.
